By accessing or using BidSaverapp (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
BidSaverapp is a web-based software platform that enables service professionals to create estimates, generate invoices, collect digital approvals, send automated reminders, and track payments.
We provide tools only. We do not provide legal advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use this Service.
You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Accounts & Responsibilities
- Maintaining account confidentiality
- Ensuring accuracy of estimates and invoices
- Managing tax calculations in future
- Ensuring lawful use of client data
BidSaverapp is not responsible for errors in pricing, tax, deposits, or business decisions made by users.
5. Subscription & Billing
Annual Subscription: BidSaverapp is offered as an annual subscription per year unless otherwise stated.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to renewal.
Cancellation: Users may cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
14-Day Refund Window: In accordance with our Merchant of Record (Paddle), you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days of your initial transaction.
Usage Exception (Loss of Right to Cancel): As the Service consists of digital content and immediate access to professional tools, your right to a refund is waived once you have actively used the service. For BidSaverapp, "active use" is defined as creating, downloading, or sending your first estimate or invoice.
Non-Refundable Circumstances: Refunds will not be issued after the 14-day window has passed or after the user has performed the "active use" actions described above.

7. Acceptable Use
You may not use BidSaverapp to:
- Conduct unlawful activity
- Send spam or abusive communications
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Attempt to disrupt or damage the platform
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Data & Platform Availability
We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidSaverapp shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Business losses
- Loss of revenue
- Data loss beyond our reasonable control
Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
10. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, and software are owned by BidSaverapp and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, resell, or distribute the Service without written permission.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- Terms are violated
- Fraudulent activity is detected
- Payment obligations are not met
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance.
